Jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed se u n\u00e1s omezilo pouze na p\u0159\u00edpravu zeleninov\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f, existuje v\u0161ak v\u00edce zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak pak choi v kuchyni pou\u017e\u00edvat. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b je ji\u017e Pak choi k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed i v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch supermarketech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pak choi<\/strong>&nbsp;je rostlina p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e1 mangoldu, kter\u00e1 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny a d\u00e1 se p\u011bstovat celoro\u010dn\u011b. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na v asijsk\u00e9 kuchyni. Mimo skv\u011bl\u00e9 chuti a k\u0159upavosti dod\u00e1 pokrm\u016fm tak\u00e9 mnoho cenn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, nap\u0159. vitam\u00edny skupiny B, vitam\u00edny C a K, betakaroten, antioxidanty, z miner\u00e1l\u016f pak v\u00e1pn\u00edk, drasl\u00edk, \u017eelezo a ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk. Pak choi m\u00e1 protisklerotick\u00e9 a protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, \u010dist\u00ed organismus a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed. Tato zelenina nav\u00edc obsahuje jen velmi m\u00e1lo kalori\u00ed a napom\u00e1h\u00e1 hubnut\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se v nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch \u00faprav\u00e1ch.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve studen\u00e9 kuchyni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je konzumovat pak choi v syrov\u00e9m stavu, zachov\u00e1 si tak nejv\u00edce cenn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Syrov\u00e9 listy m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat do ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch zeleninov\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f nebo do smoothies. Pak choi se d\u00e1 kombinovat t\u0159eba s melounem, avok\u00e1dem a citronovou nebo octovou z\u00e1livkou.
